Public Offer

This document is the public offer of sole proprietor Andrey Evgenyevich Tolkachev for the provision of services and digital products through Videomontazher. Payment confirms that the customer accepts the terms set out below.

Section 01

General terms

  • This public offer sets out the terms for purchasing digital products and ordering services available through videomontazher.com.
  • Service provider: sole proprietor Andrey Evgenyevich Tolkachev, registered in the Russian Federation.
  • A customer may be an individual or a legal entity that accepts these terms by making payment.

Section 02

Scope of the offer

  • Services may include video editing, colour grading and individual DaVinci Resolve training.
  • Digital products may include scripts, macros, presets, templates and instructions.
  • A service or digital product is considered delivered once the agreed files or access have been successfully provided.

Section 03

Payment terms

  • Payment is made online using the payment methods currently available on the website, including YooKassa where offered.
  • Making payment confirms acceptance of the terms of this public offer.
  • Prices are either published on the website or agreed individually before the order is confirmed.

Section 04

Delivery of services and digital files

  • Digital products are normally supplied through a download link.
  • Finished video files are delivered through cloud services such as Yandex Disk or Google Drive, or through Telegram, depending on the agreed workflow.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping a copy of delivered material. Replacement access can be provided after the original payment has been verified.

Section 05

Cancellation and refunds

  • Once access to a digital product has been supplied, refunds are not normally available, subject to applicable consumer law, including Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law.
  • A service may be cancelled before work has started. If work is already under way, the completed portion of the service is taken into account.
  • If the service cannot be provided because of the Service Provider, payment for the undelivered portion is refunded.

Section 06

Rights and responsibilities

  • The Service Provider must deliver the agreed work within the timeframe and quality level agreed with the customer.
  • The customer must supply the source material, project information and valid contact details needed to complete the work.
  • Paid digital products may not be redistributed to third parties without the Service Provider's permission.

Section 07

Liability

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details, customer-side technical restrictions or third-party blocking outside the Service Provider's control.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for defects already present in source material supplied by the customer.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Section 08

Final provisions

  • The Service Provider may update these terms when the service, payment methods or legal requirements change.
  • The current version of the public offer is always published on the /offer page.
  • Payment for a service or digital product confirms acceptance of the version of the offer in force at the time of purchase.
