Digital products

Scripts, macros, presets and other materials

Files, links and licence keys provide access to a digital product. The fact that a product is supplied electronically does not, by itself, remove the buyer’s statutory rights.

  • The grounds for a refund and the amount due depend on the type of contract, the terms for the particular product and the remedy requested. For a licence, the grant of the right to use the product matters; choosing not to use it does not, by itself, guarantee a refund.
  • If access is not provided, the product does not match its description or a defect is found, the buyer may exercise the rights available under applicable law. Refunds are not limited to technical errors on the Service Provider’s side.
  • If a link does not work, an archive is damaged or there is a problem with a key, you can request investigation and restoration of access at no additional charge. Technical assistance does not replace the buyer’s statutory remedies.

Services and training

Editing, colour grading, development and sessions

Orders for personal needs unrelated to business activities benefit from the protections of the Russian Consumer Protection Law. Starting work does not, by itself, remove a consumer’s right to cancel.

  • A consumer may cancel a contract for work or services at any time before it has been fully performed. For cancellation under Article 32, only the Service Provider’s actual, documented expenses connected with performing that particular order are taken into account.
  • The refund is calculated from the amount paid, deducting only the documented expenses described above. A calculation and supporting explanation are available on request. A fixed cancellation penalty, an arbitrary percentage deduction or the time spent discussing the order alone does not justify retaining payment.
  • If work or services are late or defective, the remedies in Articles 28 and 29 of that Law apply. These may include correction of defects, a price reduction, cancellation and compensation for losses where the statutory grounds are met.
  • If the Service Provider cannot complete an order, the refund calculation takes account of the grounds for ending the contract and the customer’s statutory claims. The voluntary cancellation terms do not limit liability for breach of contract.
  • For orders placed for business purposes, termination and payment arrangements are governed by the agreed terms and applicable civil law.

Making a request

How to request a refund or cancel an order

Email info@videomontazher.com or use the details on the Contacts page. State the remedy you are requesting, such as cancellation, restoration of access, correction of a defect or a refund.

  • To help identify the purchase, provide the product or service name, payment date and order number if known. If you do not have an order number or receipt, other evidence of the purchase can be used.
  • For a problem with a product or completed work, describe what happened. Include an error message or screenshot where useful. You do not have to explain your personal reason for voluntarily cancelling a service.
  • Refund and loss reimbursement claims covered by Article 28(1) and Article 29(1) and (4) of the Russian Consumer Protection Law must be satisfied within 10 days after the claim is made, as required by Article 31. Other claims are subject to the time limits set by law or, to the extent the law allows, the agreed order terms.
  • A refund requires only the payment information necessary to carry out the transaction. Do not send a full card number, card security code, passwords or bank verification codes.

This procedure helps us handle requests and does not impose a mandatory pre-court claim procedure where the law does not require one. The right to go to court and other statutory remedies remain available.
