Digital products

Scripts, macros and supporting files

Digital products are delivered online after payment, usually through a download link to the product archive.

• How you receive it: a download link for the archive containing the purchased files.
• Where it is sent: to the email address supplied with the order. A duplicate link can also be sent via Telegram on request.
• What is included: the product files, installation instructions and, where relevant, a sample project or supporting material.

If the download link does not arrive after payment, contact me using the details on the Contacts page and I will resend access.

Editing and training services

Finished videos, project files and training material

Video-editing, colour-grading and training deliverables are also supplied digitally rather than shipped physically.

• Finished video: the approved master in the agreed format, typically MP4 H.264/H.265, delivered through a cloud service or Telegram.
• Project and source files: a DaVinci Resolve project and source media can be transferred through cloud storage when this is part of the agreed scope.
• Training material: lesson recordings, checklists and supplementary files are supplied as download links.

Delivery dates and the exact hand-off format are agreed with the project scope before work begins.

Access and support

Delivery timing and replacement links

• Links to digital products are sent automatically or manually shortly after payment has been confirmed.
• If an email has not arrived, check the spam folder and make sure the address supplied with the order is correct.
• If you lose access, contact me by email or Telegram. Access can be restored once the original purchase has been verified.
